Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Xiaomi phone and eco-products in the local service network management.
• Formulate and implement the after sales service strategy that is truly distinctive and in line with business objective.
• Manage all supporting processes such as complaint management, call center to service partner interaction, legal exposure.
• Improve service quality and performance to raise the customer satisfaction levels.
• Ensure audit compliance of overall warranty service operation.
• Responsible for organizing and managing local after-sales service projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree is required.
• Native language speaker, Proficient in English, basic knowledge in Mandarin is plus.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with the local mobile phone market and after-sales service policy, rich in local service resources.
• Good experience and relationship with Telco operators.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Power Point at advanced level, Excel - experience with pivot tables, basic formulas, macros, look-up functions)
• Excellent communication skills in person, written, over telephone and email.
• Good technical knowledge
• Willing to work under pressure
